• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
• Final pricing will be confirmed in a written agreement before any work begins or products are ordered.
• Prices do not include installation unless explicitly stated in the quote.

4. Orders and Payment

• Orders are placed directly with our team via WhatsApp, phone, or in person — not through this website.
• A deposit may be required to begin processing your order. Deposit amounts and payment terms will be outlined in your agreement.
• We accept various forms of payment, which will be communicated at the time of order.
• All sales are final once the order has been placed with our suppliers unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability and supplier lead times.
• EZ Decor Kitchen & Bath is not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery and reporting any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours.
• Same-day pick-up is available for in-stock items at our Roswell, GA location.

6. Returns and Exchanges

• Custom orders and special-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in original, unopened packaging. A restocking fee of 20% may apply.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for replacement or repair at no additional cost.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

7. Warranty

Our cabinets come with the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by product line. Details of the applicable warranty will be provided at the time of purchase. The warranty typically covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and does not cover:
